Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to love everything you purchase from Moloney’s Irish Imports. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

In-Store Purchases

Refunds:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Must include receipt and be in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.

Exchanges / Store Credit:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Food, sweets/candy, and other perishable goods
- Final Sale or clearance items

Return Eligibility Checklist:
✔ Within 7 days (refund) or 30 days (exchange/store credit)
✔ Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
✔ Receipt or gift receipt present

Online Orders

Return Window:
- Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of merchandise value to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Instructions:
Please email us at contact@moloneysimports.com with your order number and reason for return.  We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
